Heath Ledger’s File Closed
According to People, the U.S. Attorney’s Office has closed the investigation on Heath Ledger’s accidental overdose death.
A source they will not be enforcing a subpoena against Mary-Kate Olsen and no charges had been filed against anybody.
In other happier news, the restaurant/bar that Ledger wanted to open in Brooklyn, NY is almost complete.
A friend of the late actor, Jud Mongell told Life & Style that “Heath was very, very into it, He drew the floor plans and thought of the name — BrightSide — because it’s on the bright side of McCarren Park.”
BrightSide is set to open later this summer and will have some personal touches from Ledger, including a table having a chessboard engraved into it.
Mongell said, “Heath was a big chess player, The whole idea was to make it a spot for us. We wanted to make it our own space to hang out.”
