Vanessa Hudgens was a busy girl on Sunday (September 9) as she performed at the Neutrogena Back-to-School Fresh Faces Concert on Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica, CA.

Vanessa was introduced by none other than Heroes hottie Hayden Panettiere, after the concert Vanessa quickly headed over to the 2008 Video Music Awards to introduce Christina Aguilera with her fellow High School Musical stars.
