Ashlee Simpson showed off her baby bump as she departed a friends house in Beverly Hills wearing an orange dress and a sporting a black headband early Tuesday afternoon (July 1st).

It has been announced Ashlee is expecting a baby boy, baby store Petit Tresor, recently said that the couple went on a shopping spree and everything they bought was blue, this is the same store that had a lawsuit put on them after they were selling fake stories about Tom Cruise.

A spokesperson for Simpson and her husband Pete Wentz said “They made it very clear that it was a boy.”

Ashlee Simpson Has Cravings

Ashlee Simpson’s baby bump is finally starting to show, the singer was seen at a Bakery, yesterday (June 13th). Later she and husband Pete Wentz met up with Ashlee’s sister Jessica and boyfriend Tony Romo for lunch. Pete has dismissed rumours that he and Ashlee are expecting twins “I can tell you we are absolutely not having twins. I totally mispoke ‘cos we dunno if it’s a boy or girl. I try to speak vaguely and I totally blew it on this one.”

Ashlee Shows Baby Bump

Ashlee Simpson was photographed after leaving Ren-Mar Studios in Hollywood on Tuesday (June 10th). This is the first time Ashlee has shown off her pregnancy curves. The singer was there to support her husband Pete Wentz, he was taping a new MTV show FNMTV.

The new show will air on Friday nights on MTV, it premieres this Friday (June 13th) at 8pm ET/PT. This weeks show will have a performance by Panic At The Disco and premiere new videos from Flo Rida, The Ting Tings, Snoop Dogg and The Pussycat Dolls. For more information click here.

On Ashlee’s pregnancy, Pete recently said he was “nervous … the first time I ever went to the doctor’s office.” I felt totally content and at peace with everything, it feels good.”

Simpson Sisters Do Sin City

The opening of the Palms Place Hotel & Spar in Las Vegas last night (May 31st), brought the Simpson sisters out to Sin City. Ashlee Simpson and husband Pete Wentz walked the red carpet, followed by Jessica Simpson.

Once inside, the Simpson sisters spent some time together, Jessica was rubbing Ashlee’s stomach and smiling the whole time.

Ashlee Simpson Shops Solo

Ashlee Simpson was photographed at the Beverly Glen Market in Los Angeles yesterday (May 29th).

The soon to be mum was doing a bit of shopping, Ashlee looks like she is wearing some of her husband Pete Wentz clothes.

John Mayer has been blogging about Pete Wentz. Go to his blog and read it all for yourself, its long and well long. Here is some bits from it:

“You’re one of the best eggs in the music industry, hands down. With as much talent as you have, I’d expect you’d have some eccentric ego, but from what I can tell you seem to have none. (That actually makes you more talented, by way of some crazy cosmic arithmetic.) Every time we get the chance to hang I’m inspired by your creativity. Your mind is like a stadium with the dome open… you have ZERO judgment when it comes to things that move you. When most people get the feeling they might like an idea, or a shirt, they run it through a series of filters; ‘what should I think, given my personal attributes?’ ‘How does this read?’ ‘What would Kanye do?’ You have what makes talented people successful for years and years - a brave sense of self and a completely authentic relationship with your tastes.

This all just puzzles me, from calling Pete one of the best eggs in the music industry to talking about hotel ice. Too much crazy for me to take.

Ashlee Is Pregnant

Ashlee Simpson Wentz and Pete Wentz have confirmed they are expecting their first child together. On Pete’s blog they say:

“While many have speculated about this, we wanted to wait until after the first trimester to officially confirm that we are expecing our first hcild. This is truly the most joyous time in our lives and we excited to share the happy news and start our family.

We could see this one coming from a mile, Congratulations to the couple.
