According to TMZ the Gossip Girl star is being hit with a lawsuit from Brooklyn, New York, tailor Angela Bilotti.

Apparently the tailor worked on the young starlets dress she wore to the Teen Choice Awards and Lively had to pya her $500. TMZ says that lively was “extremely kind during the fitting and even offered to walk over to an ATM to get cash out for the work, but Bilotti told her not to worry.”

But not so much time has passed, Bilotti claims that despite trying to contact Lively and get money, she hasn’t heard anything.

A rep for the actress says Bilotti messed the dress and Lively agreed to pay half of the $500.
