Charlize Theron is being sued for $20 million according to the DailyNews.
Apparently the 33-year-old actress signed but didn’t follow up with her endorsement contract with Swiss company Raymond Weil.
Raymond Weil claims the actress agreed to wear their watches 24/7 but she failed to do so, the actress tried to fight the case back in February but a judge has just decided it must go to trial.
Theron has been ordered to appear in Federal Court to fight the $20 million case nearing the end of October.
Charlize Theron shows why she was featured in People’s best dressed list as she attends the screening for her latest movie, Battle In Seattle, on Wednesday (September 17) at the Tribeca Grand Screening Room in New York City.
Theron appeared on ABC’s The View earlier on Wednesday, while on the show she said, she was shocked and surprised that her boyfriend Stuart Townsend had written the movie.
She adds that when he gave her the screenplay she had him leave the house while she read it, in case she hated it. The actress adds that she begged him for the smaller character she plays in the movie.
The topic of marriage came up to which she said they have been together for eight years and “why mess with a good thing?”
When asked if she would like kids the actress said “I’ve actually always known I wanted to have kids. Even when I was little, I never dreamed about walking down the aisle, but I always wanted to be a mom because I have always had such a close relationship with my own mom.”
Battle In Seattle which was also directed by Townsend, is about activists in Seattle who want to protest a meeting of the World Trade Organization. Riots and chaos ensue as demonstrators successfully stop the WTO meetings
Also starring in the movie is Michelle Rodriguez, Woody Harrelson, Joshua Jackson and Channing Tatum. The movie has been making its way around film festivals since 2007, it is set for a limited release on September 19th.

Charlize Theron attended the 2008 Fashion Rocks ceremony on Friday (September 5) at the Radio City Music Hall in New York City.
All proceeds from the event will go to Stand Up to Cancer which was created by the Entertainment Industry Foundation to raise money for cancer research.
Fashion Rocks which aims to celebrate the relationship between fashion and music will air on Tuesday night (September 9) in a two-hour show on CBS from 9PM ET/PT.

Charlize Theron looked dazzling as she attended the premiere for her new move The Burning Plan at the Venice Film Festival on Friday (August 29).
Along with acting in the movie, Theron also produced the movie which sees Guillermo Arriaga taking on directing duties..
Theron’s longtime boyfriend Stuart Townsend was asked if they have plans to get married no gay marriage is legal in California (she previously stated she would not get married until it is legal), When asked about it he said “I think she said ‘nationwide’. I don’t think she mentioned ’state’. I want everyone to know that was her thing.”
He added “I do believe that if you love someone you should be able to get married, but it’s got nothing to do with my life or her life. I love her. What more do you want? We are happy. Leave us alone!”

Charlize Theron and Will Smith posed together at the Tokyo, Japan premiere for their movie Hancock, at the JCB Hall on Thursday (August 21).
While Hancock has opened everywhere else in the world, the movie is only opening on August 30 in Japan. To date the movie has made over $564 million worldwide.

No surprises at the box office this weekend Hancock made $107 million, smashing its competition. Hancock is now the third biggest July opener ever, after Transformers and Spider Man 2.
The superhero, with a twist, movie also makes this Will Smith’s eight consectuive movie to make over $100 million and his fourth July 4th movie to win at the box office, Independence Day, Men In Black and Men In Black 2 all opened at the top of the box office.
The other new movie out this weekend, Kit Kittredge: An American Girl, didn’t have a good opening. The movie opened at number 8 with 3.6 million. The top 10 looks like this:
