So one day after revealing his father passed away and slamming Lindsay and Dina Lohan to OK!, you would think Michael would take some time to mourn his fathers passing.

Not the case, Michael issued a statement to E! saying, “I was holding him, laying in bed with him, when he died, Lindsay did reach out to me. She sent me a message this morning. She said, ‘Now papa has found peace and maybe we can find peace in our lives, too.’ My son Michael called and he was wonderful. He’s coming home to be with me for a fews days. I spoke to Ali and Cody, too. I’m hoping they will come to the wake. I asked her if she’s going to be at the wake, but it sounds like Dina is discouraging her from going. She’s deterring her from going to the wake, to the funeral. I said, ‘It’s only right that you go.’ But Dina hasn’t called, absolutely not. She’s too busy out having fun in the Hamptons.”

Hours after this, Lindsay was back to her blog:

just going to put it out there, i have had no contact with my father.
and i hope he uses this time to keep mourn the loss of his father, rather than taking the time to talk to the media about me or anyone in my life.
better he just keeps his mouth shut.

Still no word from Dina, she better hurry up.

It never ends with this family does it? One day after speaking to ABC News, Michael Lohan has once again opened up his mouth and spoken to OK!.

This time Michael thought it is appropriate to tell the world his father has just passed away yet bashing his ex-wife Dina at the same time.

He says,“My father just, literally, died in my arms. I notified all my kids and my lawyer notified Dina’s attorney. Let’s see if she has the decency and respect to bring my kids to the wake and funeral. THIS will show her true colors! Thus, not even a call. But that’s par for the course with Dina! She didn’t even send a card or visit when he was sick.”

In other Lohan drama, Lindsay’s uncle has been sentenced to one year and one day in federal prison for defrauding the U.S. government of terrorist relief funds.

Dina’s brother Paul Sullvan was sentenced on Thursday (August 28) after pleading guilty to one count of mail fraud in April 2006 after taking over $130,000 of a $650,000 loan from the Small Business Administration.

He claimed that his car company lost business after the 9/11 attacks in New York City, when he was sentenced he broke down in court, as well as jail he was ordered to pay back the money.

And so it continues, only a couple hours after Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson’s blogs spread across the web after Michael Lohan attacked everyone in Lindsay’s life (read here and here).

Michael has now spoken to ABC News about “Who’s out of control? Whose life is out of control? Give me a break, Going from place to place, being dragged around by Samantha so she can make more money off of Lindsay being there when she spins … She’s gone from making $7 million to less than a million a movie. Who’s out of control?”

He continued “I go to church, I go and help people in rehab. That’s control. How can she say I’m out of control? I want Lindsay to be in a good place. When I started looking at what Samantha was doing, dragging Lindsay to clubs, drinking around Lindsay … Samantha is one of the biggest problems in her life, That’s what Dina told me. I’m reacting on what Dina said, but then Dina steps out of the picture because she wants to look like the good guy.” 

Finally he brings ex-wife Dina back into the argument, “Dina’s a two-face,She wants to try to look good and stay on Lindsay’s good side instead of being a good parent. I don’t give two hoots about my relationship with Lindsay as a friend. One day she’s going to turn around to me and tell me, ‘Daddy, you were right.’” 

He then threatens that he is going to release text messages and voice messages, “If they’re going to say I’m lying, I’m out of control, I’m going to show that they’re lying and they’re out of control,”

Dina better respond now, she has taken her time on this one.

Lindsay Lohan will soon have a stepmother because her father Michael Lohan has told E! that he asked his girlfriend Erin Muller to marry him, but don’t go spreading the word because it isn’t official. Yeah it doesn’t make sense to use either, he says, “We picked out a ring, but it’s not official.”

Muller accepted the proposal but Michael says they are holding off on officially announcing the engagement until “some family issues are resolved.”

Taking every chance he can to hear his own voice speak to the media, Lohan then went on to speak about Samantha Ronson, he says “I’m not happy, Ever since Lindsay got out of rehab and all these people came back into her life, things haven’t been right.People like Samantha Ronson don’t need to be around Lindsay. She shouldn’t be dragging Lindsay around nightclubs. Who was Samantha Ronson before Lindsay Lohan? She was nobody. She is using her for her own gain. All these people have inserted themselves into her life like parasites, and it’s not right. I’m done with them.”

But it doesn’t end there, he still had ex-wife to take a digg at, “Dina is a kiss-ass. She’s just nice to everybody, trying to be friends with everyone, just so she can be on Lindsay’s good side. And it is wrong. She should be a mother first.”

So how long until Dina responds?

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson were spotted grabbing dinner at Bar Pitti in New York City with their mothers, Dina Lohan and Ann Dexter Jones.

A source told People that “all was calm, they weren’t too animated.”

Another diner in the restauaraunt said, “Dina tousled her hair a lot, like you see her do on TV, they all looked very natural, like they’ve hung out before.”

Like every deadbeat dad, Michael Lohan tries to “come to the rescue” to his child over stupid things and today is no different.

With the little spat going on between Anderson Cooper and Dina Lohan over the CNN anchor’s remarks about the Lohan family, to which Dina responded and then Cooper struck back saying she was probably out clubbing all night, now Michael has put his two cents in to Cooper making fun of the Lohan’s reality show.

Speaking to Access Hollywood, Michael said “I think Anderson Cooper is an opinionated, hypocritical idiot who should be an adult and keep his opinion to himself,He is the last person to judge anyone, when he and his own family have their own issues.”

Michael should take his own notice.

The war of word between Anderson Cooper and Dina Lohan continues, you may recall on Tuesdays (August 5) Regis & Kelly, Cooper basically called the Lohan family horrific and said Ali Lohan looks like she is 60 wants to be a striptease person.

Later that day Dina responed with, “People are just cruel! This is bad karma for him.”

On last night’s Anderson Cooper 360 on CNN, Cooper responded to Dina by saying she probably didn’t see his comments live “because she was out clubbing and it’s on early in the morning. So she was probably just rollin’ home.”

We await Dina’s response, it better be better than yesterday….
