Vanessa has denied recent reports that boyfriend Zac Efron doesn’t shower. The High School Musical star told, Newsweek in an interview “That’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. Whoever came up with that is completely idiotic.”
Because when I met him, he smelled perfectly fine.
He showers! He showers! Believe me, he does.

Oh, my God, we hang out so much. When we’re really bored, sometimes we’ll make little music videos on her computer.

The Jonas Brothers are big, just not as big as High School Musical. But the Jonas Bros debut movie, Camp Rock, was a big hit on Friday night (June 20), for the Disney Channel.
The made for TV movie had an average of 8.9 million viewers when it aired from 8-10 p.m. on the Disney Channel. Camp Rock which featured performances from the the three brothers, is now the second most watched movie ever on the Disney Channel, behind High School Musical 2 and ahead of the original HSM.
The movie made Disney the most watched channel in the 8-10pm time slot, it re-aired on Saturday on ABC and averaged 3.6 million viewers.
Zac Efron is considered a heartthrob by millions of people around the world, but the guy who likes to take care of his looks, doesn’t give as much attention to his hygiene.
A source tells Star “Zac isn’t a big fan of showering, It’s so gross, because Zac loves to work out and plays basketball all the time — and then goes days without showering. When he gets lazy, he likes to clean himself with baby wipes!”

The reports that Ashley Tisdale is dying from AIDS are completely false. Last week reports went around that the actress is dying from the disease after catching it from contaminated equipment which was used during the surgery she had on her nose last year.
Speaking to Star magazine, the High School Musical star’s mother has denied the rumors, she said “My daughter is healthy and just fine — but my husband and I just don’t know why anyone would spread such a rumor, And what really upsets me is that anyone can write anything, and it ends up on the Internet. It’s so irresponsible; so many people will just assume it’s a fact.”
They also say that Ashley and her family were left upset and reeling after the rumors spread.
Disney have opened the official High School Musical 3 site, as of now you can only subscribe to a newsletter to receive move information on the movie.
The movie which returns with all the original cast is about senior year of high school, Zac Efron’s character and Vanessa Hudgen’s character are faced with the prospect of having go separate ways after they graduate. The movie is currently shooting in Salt Lake City, Utah and is set for release October 24th. Do you plan to see the HSM movie?

High School Musical heartthrob Zac Efron spoke to People about the upcoming HSM movie while at the 2008 MTV Movie Awards last night (June 1st).
The actor who won Best Breakthrough Male, when asked about the movie on the big screen he said, “It felt like the first two movies all over again. We just kind of can’t go wrong with Kenny Ortega as our director and leader and our great cast and crew. We’ve got no squabbles to get through. Everything’s been stepped up a few notches, all the dances, and I think the songs are pretty catchy this time around. And it’s our senior year, so we’ve got graduation and prom to look forward to. All fun things to have in a movie.”
