Keira Knightley has said she has no problem flashing her breasts in movies. The actress flashes them in a sex with scene her on screen husband Cillian Muprhy in the upcoming movie, The Edge Of Love.
While promoting the movie at a press conference the actress said “I always bare my breasts” She then continued on to say, “It’s not like it’s only in this film!” referring to her sex scene with James McAvoy in last years Atonement.
“It was very simple. It was a sex scene and I never like them when they’ve got bras on.” She said, while speaking about the sex scene with Murphy, so once the director asked if she would remove her bra she had no hesitation, “I said, ‘All right then.’”
However she isn’t as comfortable doing everything for her career, she isn’t so open about her singing and unfortunately for Keira there is a scene in the movie in which she has to sing her heart out. “I thought I was going to die. My knees actually started buckling.”
“I wasn’t particularly pleased that Shar put singing into the script – in the first couple of takes I sounded like a apubescent boy,” she said reffering to her mother (she calls her mother Shar), who wrote the movie.
The premiere of of Wanted was held at the Mann Village Westwood Theater in Los Angeles on Thursday evening (June 19th) and it brought out the star of the movie, James McAvoy.
Missing was Angelina Jolie, but she had good enough reason to miss the premiere, she is still waiting to pop her twins out. James didn’t mind though, he was accompanied by his wife, Anne-Marie Duff.
Speaking on his costar James said, “The thing I most appreciated from Angelina was that she doesn’t take herself too seriously. And she kept reminding us that if you can’t have fun when you’re making an action movie, you shouldn’t be doing it.”
The actor who was rumored to be in the new movie, The Hobit, denied that he is attached to the movie, speaking to Radio 1 he said. “I’m going to not act for a little while and take some space and take some time — and make some ‘me’ time, you know, all that rubbish, It’s not true, It’s come off the internet and turned into a story for some reason. There’s not even been a script yet.”
No man can do it for Angelina Jolie like Brad Pitt can, even though the actress has had her share of intense sex scenes, nothing beats Brad. Not even her Wanted costar James McAvoy.
Speaking to MTV the actress said, “Well, you know Brad was…I’ll always prefer rolling around on the floor with him than any other man, You know, in general.”
On weapons:
“I mean obviously there’s a part of me that takes the world of violence and death very seriously. However, when it comes to protection or when it comes to just the skill of shooting … I’ve gone to the range with sniper rifles and things like that. Brad and I both like it a lot. That is something we have in common.”
On why do another action flick:
“I was itching to do something that was physical, because I had done some emotional films and I had been at home with the kids. I didn’t know that there was anything original out there [until] I came across this script. One, it has a great story. A lot of action movies are kind of lacking in that. It’s got a dark sense of humor and it’s wild, and the stunts — I knew that they were going to be done in an original way. I knew that the director [Timur Bekmambetov] would do this movie in a way that would make it different than any other action movie.”
On if she would do Sin City 2:
“I don’t know. I found the first “Sin City” impressive, but I don’t know what they’re going to do with the next one to make [it] as original as the first one. I’d be curious. I think he’s a genius.”
Angelina Jolie’s new movie Wanted is set for release June 27th. The movie’s official site has opened.
The movie is about a man that finds out his long lost father is an assassin. And when his father is murdered, the son is recruited into his father’s old organization and trained by a man named Sloan to follow in his dad’s footsteps.
The movie also stars James McAvoy, Morgan Freeman and Terence Stamp.
