Katy Perry is not a fan of Lauren Conrad or her fellow Hills stars.
Blender Magazine (via PageSix) asked the I Kissed A Girl singer if she related to Conrad and Heidi Montag, to which she replied “hellz to the fu*k no.”
She added “there’s no comparison. No offense, but those ladies are a totally different breed. A cheeseburger’s fine if you’re just looking for something quick to fill you up, but there’s no substitute for the filet.”
Earlier today rumors went around the internet that Lauren Conrad had slept with Audrina Patridge’s on/off boyfriend Justin ‘Bobby’ Brescia, after a mystery person called up Perez Hilton.

Audrina took to her blog and wrote, “I woke up this morning and it seems like just about every gossip magazine or blog has a story about Lauren hooking up with Justin. I’m not sure what to believe. Though Justin and I have not been exclusive for quite some time, these rumors are very confusing and hurtful. I can’t comment on whether they are true or false.”
Lauren replied to this on her own blog (what happened to calling each other?), she hinted it was Speidi. She says, “I woke up this morning in a unfortunately familiar situation. Once again someone has mysteriously called Perez Hilton and had him post another insane and completely false rumor about me. Hmmmmmm… I wonder who it could be? I’m baffled… What kind of person would enjoy watching blogs and the press tear me apart? I really wish I could figure out who would do this. Who is someone that I do not get along with, that possibly has too much time on his hands (between pathetically staged paparazzi shots), that has a relationship with Perez…? No one comes to mind. If anyone can figure it out can you please let me know because I am truly stumped.”
PageSix reports that Lauren Conrad’s fashion line isn’t selling anymore, even though Bloomingdale’s chairman Frank Doroff said it was “the best-selling celebrity line we have.”
A source says that “her line is not selling,” because she is up against Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s Elizabeth & James line as well as Gwen Stefani’s L.A.M.B line.
Apparently Kitson in Los Angeles “has 12 bins of Lauren Conrad clothing sitting in the warehouse which the store couldn’t sell even after a buy-one, get-one-free offer.”
A rep for The Hill’s hottie said the overstock on a complete sell-out of the line and re-ordering of merchandise were to blame for it not selling out.
Lauren Conrad was quite the busy girl on Saturday (September 20) as she got herself ready for today’s 60th Primetime Emmy Awards.
Firstly the Hills star was photographed at rehearsals for the show at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, CA, before she headed out to Entertainment Weekly’s 6th Annual Pre-Emmy party at the The Historic Beverly Hills Post Office.
Conrad and last season’s Project Runway winner Christian Siriano are both creating gowns for the “trophy girls” at this years show.

After showing off her own line the Hills hottie headed over to the Nanette Lepore fashion show with best friend Lauren ‘Lo’ Bosworth.
Meanwhile it has just been announced Conrad signed a three book deal with HarperColins publishing company to write a series of young adult stories. The first book is scheduled for a summer 2009 release date and is loosely based around the life of Conrad.
Speaking to People the 22-year-old says “it’s definitely influenced by my own life, the books are about a girl who moves to L.A. and stars in a reality show, so obviously there are some similarities.”
She adds that she won’t really be writing about her friends, saying “I’m not trying to do a fictional story based on all my friends in my real life because their stories aren’t really mine to tell, some of the characters may symbolize people in my life, but it is in no way calling anyone out.”
Finishing of Lauren says “I run ideas by Lo and I’ll ask for her opinion because I value my friends’ opinions, honestly I haven’t told everyone, I’ve told my best friends and they have all been really supportive. Nobody was worried.”

Lauren Conrad attended the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday (September 7) at the Paramount Studios in Hollywood, CA.
The Hills star will be presenting an award at this years show.
