Lily Allen is back in the states, after some visa troubles to do with an assault on a photographer last year, she is finally back. Lily is in Los Angeles to finish off her upcoming album.

Lily was spotted at Il Sole in Los Angeles on Monday night (June 9th), but she wasn’t alone. The singer was there with friend a friend, Samantha Ronson and Lindsay Lohan. The foursome seemed to be having a good time as they were all smiles inside and outside of the restaurant.

Lily blogged about her meal on her myspace today (June 10th), she said “I came back to the hotel at about 7 and went straight to dinner with my number one fan and avid reader of my blog Samantha , we went to this place called Il Sole , the food ? amazing . I love truffles , big time, and they didn’t dissapoint . Samantha brought a rather famous friend with her and about 50 million paparazzi , and once Sam and her friend had left with all the paps in tow”

After her relaxing weekend of lounging by the pool and going out to Malibu. Lindsay Lohan is on the set of her new movie Labor Pains. Like we said, the Mean Girls actress has already impressed film executives for the new movie, now she is on a mission to get her acting career back on track.

Rumored girlfriend Samantha Ronson showed up to support Lindsay on set, in the movie, she plays a young woman who to pretends to be pregnant in order to avoid being fired from her job. When that gets her a bunch of special treatment by everyone involved in her life, her character tries to keep up the lie for nine months.

Lindsay Lohan was spotted at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood on Sunday (June 8th). Lindsay and some of her friends were out sunbathing at the pool and soaking up some of the sun rays. Samantha Ronson was missing, but we don’t think she is the kind of girl to lie out by the sung.

Lindsay was taking a break from preparing for her new film Labor Pains on which is set to shoot today (June 9th).

Lindsay Lohan really is trying her best to take her film career seriously, after impressing producers on her new movie Labor Pains, the actress was spotted going into a studio in Los Angeles on Friday (June 6th) to start preparing for the movie which is to begin shooting on Monday (June 9th).

Later that evening Lindsay met up with Samantha Ronson and the pair spent some time together, hopefully making the most of it before Lindsay beings shooting.

Lindsay Lohan spent the day out with rumored girlfriend Samantha Ronson and a friend of the pair. The three girls went to La Scala restaurant for some lunch, they then dropped Lindsay’s car off to get it cleaned.

Movie wise, Lindsay is lucky she is able to shoot her new movie Labor Pains. The producer of the film Rick Schwarts could only find one company to insure the actress, even then it was a pain for him to convince the company. Lindsay better act like a saint on set of the film and do any promotion that is needed so she can impress everyone in Hollywood, if Lindsay is going to continue finding it hard to be insured, no producers would take her on. But it seems to be impressing everyone attatched to the film:

“Lindsay is a tremendously talented actress,” said Plum Pictures’ Celine Rattray, who’s co-producing the film. “We have spent a lot of time with her over the last three months, and she has really impressed us with her work ethic.

“She comes to every meeting 15 minutes early, to the point where she has shown up a few times before we were ready for her. She is rehearsing every day with energy and focus. She is lovely to her co-stars and the crew.

“We got her insured in the film, and our insurance and bond reps have also been impressed with her good behavior.” NY Daily News
