Lindsay Lohan was spotted doing a bit of shopping in Beverly Hills yesterday (May 31st). The actress who was showing of her legs in a pair of small shorts was carrying a bottle of water.

Lindsay recently sat down with Christa D’Souza from The Sunday Times. Sitting outside of a cafe on Melrose Avenue, the actress gave an intimate interview. Lindsay says if she had children, she would like to raise them in Europe, but she won’t go into anymore details on future Lohans.

The case was thrown out of court, but Sam is saying her lawyer mishandled the case, she is also suing her ex lawyer. Sam will be in front of the judge who threw out the case this Wednesday (June 7th).

Dina Lohan is fighting back against her ex Michael Lohan’s blog for OK!, speaking to the magazine the momanger says “My ex-husband writes a blog for you–not you, OK!– about my show! I know he’s my kids’ dad. They can talk to him whenever they want, I don’t stop them. I just want him to be respectful. It’s all about respect. You give respect, you get respect.”

While in the mood to clean the air, Dina was also talking about daughter Lindsay Lohan’s rumored relationship to Samantha Ronson, “If she’s happy, I’m happy,” Dina tells OK! exclusively. “That’s all I’ll say.” Dina adds, “Samantha’s great. I’ve known her and her family for ten years.”

Dina also went on to say Lindsay was in the hospital for her asthma, after flying around the world in a few days and the weather changes this is the cause for Lindsay’s hospital visit. I have asthma myself and I totally believe Dina, not some other bloggers who are trying to say it is drug related.

In other Lohan news, Dina Lohan is getting some backlash from viewers of her reality show, Living Lohan. Viewers hre outraged over Dina showing her daughter Ali Lohan looking at those pictures of Lindsay allegedly giving Calum Best oral sex.

9:00 am Update: Lindsay’s rep spoke to US Magazine, “There is no drama. Lindsay and Samantha went to the hospital last night to visit a sick friend.”Lindsay is fine,” her rep adds. “She is currently working and on set of her new film Labor Pains.”

Michael Lohan has been running his mouth yet again. This time he has been yapping to US about Lindsay’s relationship to Samantha Ronson.

He says the relationship “is evident to anyone with half a brain.” Then he goes on saying shit like Lindsay “is a big girl, and she can make her own life choices. Then it is between her and God.”

But he isn’t stopping there, the loser dad is writing a weekly blog for OK Magazine about Living Lohan. Here is what he says about the premiere episode.

“Well, let’s see… If I were to look at things from a wordly perspective, I would probably have a lot to say about exploitation, hypocrisy and even deception — and maybe at a later date, I might just do so.

For now, let’s just say I’m still trying to figure out if this show is about managing Ali’s career and being a “real” mother, or reading tabloids.

I’ve had a sneak peek at some future episodes and I will say that some of the people Dina surrounds the kids with still concerns me — again, I can address that when they appear on the show. I just hope Dina takes the high road — like a Lohan would — and rights these wrongs.

If this show is about the being a mother and a manager, the most important thing is to set a good example by instilling positive values, and doing what’s right for the kid’s sake. Not for our own!

I wish Ali, Cody and Dina the best on the show and pray that they get what they want out of it.”

Is he serious? He is the master of exploitation and hypocrisy. Anyway about the show, it was the trashiest thing I have seen in a while but I love it. Dina Lohan deserves an Emmy, Golden Globe and Oscar for her performance as the caring mother.
