
Celebrities poured into the Madison Square Garden in New York City, on Wednesday (September 10), to see the sold out Stand Up For a Cure concert, which aims to benefit lung cancer research.
The Dave Matthews band were performing at the event and the front-man who told the crowd he was 10-years-old when his father died of lung cancer said “one day, we hopefully won’t need to have events like this.”
The band were introduced by longtime friend Julia Roberts who told the crowd, “I cannot tell you how excited I am to be in the greatest city in the world to introduce one of the greatest bands of the world! We should all feel good about participating, I’m thrilled to be able to say that on September 10 that we are welcoming some of the heroes and first responders from September 11. As New Yorkers, we are beholden to all of them.”
In the house were Chace Crawford, Lindsay Lohan, Aubery O’Day, Dina Lohan and Jessica Szohr.

Lindsay Lohan was photographed having a cigarette break in between shooting her cameo scenes for Ugly Betty in Central Park on Wednesday (September 10) in New York City.
Yesterday we told you while deejaying at the Chateau Marmont, a very happy Samantha Ronson said “by the end of this year, my love will be Mrs Ronson. Tonight shows the power of a woman – to underestimate that is to underestimate the world.”

While she remains coy about her relationship to Samantha Ronson in the new issue of Marrie Claire,a very happy Lindsay Lohan may be getting that bit happier if The Sun are correct.
Apparently while deejaying a slot at the Chateau Marmont, Sam told club goers “by the end of this year, my love will be Mrs Ronson. Tonight shows the power of a woman – to underestimate that is to underestimate the world.”

Lindsay Lohan is featured in the October 2008 issue of Marie Claire and the actress is opening up about her happiness but not too much about girlfriend Samantha Ronson. When speaking about moving into a house Lindsay says she will “with someone,” but doesn’t go into further detail.
On her relationship with Sam: “Um, people can think what they want. I’m really happy, and that’s all that matters.”
On Samantha Ronson: “She’s a great person. And she’s a great influence on people around her. But I think that anything that’s changed in my life is because of me. I’ve gone through it, and I’ve learned to deal with it and I’ve made the decision to move forward.”
On the matching tattoo’s she and Sam have: “Samantha has a bunch of stars, so I got that. And she got this” [indicating a little heart on her hand].
On yelling “get your 15-year-old Full House ass away from my girlfriend” to Ashley Olsen: “No! No. I never said anything like that. I would never talk like that. I mean, get me angry enough and I’m sure I’ll have something to say, but I didn’t say that.”
On her dad’s possible secret child: “I don’t know what’s going on with it,I haven’t asked him any questions. Apparently we’ve been in the dark for so many years. We’ve gone through enough with him. Enough is enough.”

Lindsay Lohan attended the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday (September 7) at the Paramount Studios in Hollywood, CA.
The 20-year-old singer will be presenting at the awards show.

Samantha Ronson came out to support her twin sister Charlotte as she showed off her fashion line in Bryant Park on Saturday morning (September 6) as part of New York City’s Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Spring 2009.
Also in the house was Sam’s girlfriend Lindsay Lohan, the pair seemed to be enjoying themselves as they sat down to watch the fashion show.
Mark Ronson was also in the house as he spun the music for his sisters show, speaking to the press he said “I think we’re just all driven and love what we do.”

Lindsay Lohan and America Ferrera were spotted filming new scenes for an upcoming episode of Ugly Betty on Thursday (September 4) in New York City.
Page Six report that Lindsay has turned down a deal worth $700,000 to strip down topless in Playboy’s 55th anniversary issue in January 2009.
A rep for the 22-year-old told Playboy “If there’s nudity, then the answer’s no . . . She’s not going down the [New York] magazine road again,” (referring to the Marilyn Monroe shoot she did).
