Other than the Lohan’s who else could the title be about?

Meanwhile in related news a source tells PageSix that Lindsay is so scared of her father Michael that she is “taking out an order of protection.”

The source says Lindsay feels that Michael is “behaving so erratically that she’s terrified he’ll do something to her. She’s contacted her lawyer to arrange this.”

She isn’t the only one, apparently her younger sister Ali and mother Dina “already [have] an order of protection against him. No one is speaking with him until he gets help.”

Lindsay Lohan has replied to Michael Lohan calling Samantha Ronson a “dark, hideous and a disgusting representation of humanity.”

In an email to PageSix the actress says “my father obviously needs to be on medication to control his moods. He is out of line and his words show how much anger he has, and it’s dangerous and scary as it reminds me of how he treated my mother and I my whole childhood. He needs to be stopped. This is yet another reason why we aren’t speaking.”

She adds “I am in a great place in life, I have overcome a lot and have been able to learn how to enjoy and appreciate my life in every way possible. I’m proud of myself for being able to make a change in the past year and a half.”

“My past is behind me, and that’s final. There’s nothing more to be said. All the false accusations that people try to make are simply because there’s no story when things are calm and good. But they might as well let it go because their lies don’t affect me anymore. Samantha is not evil, I care for her very much and she’s a wonderful girl.”

She finishes off saying “She loves me, as I do her.”

Michael Lohan continues to speak his thoughts on Lindsay Lohan’s girlfriend, Samantha Ronson.

The ever open father says that “there is a lot more to Samantha than meets the eye! Not that what we see is soooo pleasing anyway! I mean, what’s with this ‘person’? Look at the way she ‘dresses’. Once more, she uses her middle finger more than she uses words.”

He goes on to say “personally, I think she is dark, hideous and a disgusting representation of humanity! Have you ever seen Samantha’s apartment? For God’s sake, when she runs out of toilet paper she tells people to use the cardboard roll. I was told this first hand.”

Michael who also claims to be one of the biggest Christian’s in the world says God will deal with Ronson, saying “I heard and know more about Samantha than you can imagine. Yet, while I haven’t exposed her, I know that God will. He will weed her out of Lindsay’s life and at that time, you will finally see Lindsay back in the place in her heart and mind that God wants and she belongs. Hopefully, without Samantha causing more damage than she already has.”

So one day after revealing his father passed away and slamming Lindsay and Dina Lohan to OK!, you would think Michael would take some time to mourn his fathers passing.

Not the case, Michael issued a statement to E! saying, “I was holding him, laying in bed with him, when he died, Lindsay did reach out to me. She sent me a message this morning. She said, ‘Now papa has found peace and maybe we can find peace in our lives, too.’ My son Michael called and he was wonderful. He’s coming home to be with me for a fews days. I spoke to Ali and Cody, too. I’m hoping they will come to the wake. I asked her if she’s going to be at the wake, but it sounds like Dina is discouraging her from going. She’s deterring her from going to the wake, to the funeral. I said, ‘It’s only right that you go.’ But Dina hasn’t called, absolutely not. She’s too busy out having fun in the Hamptons.”

Hours after this, Lindsay was back to her blog:

just going to put it out there, i have had no contact with my father.
and i hope he uses this time to keep mourn the loss of his father, rather than taking the time to talk to the media about me or anyone in my life.

Still no word from Dina, she better hurry up.

It never ends with this family does it? One day after speaking to ABC News, Michael Lohan has once again opened up his mouth and spoken to OK!.

This time Michael thought it is appropriate to tell the world his father has just passed away yet bashing his ex-wife Dina at the same time.

He says,“My father just, literally, died in my arms. I notified all my kids and my lawyer notified Dina’s attorney. Let’s see if she has the decency and respect to bring my kids to the wake and funeral. THIS will show her true colors! Thus, not even a call. But that’s par for the course with Dina! She didn’t even send a card or visit when he was sick.”

In other Lohan drama, Lindsay’s uncle has been sentenced to one year and one day in federal prison for defrauding the U.S. government of terrorist relief funds.

Dina’s brother Paul Sullvan was sentenced on Thursday (August 28) after pleading guilty to one count of mail fraud in April 2006 after taking over $130,000 of a $650,000 loan from the Small Business Administration.

He claimed that his car company lost business after the 9/11 attacks in New York City, when he was sentenced he broke down in court, as well as jail he was ordered to pay back the money.

And so it continues, only a couple hours after Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson’s blogs spread across the web after Michael Lohan attacked everyone in Lindsay’s life (read here and here).

Michael has now spoken to ABC News about “Who’s out of control? Whose life is out of control? Give me a break, Going from place to place, being dragged around by Samantha so she can make more money off of Lindsay being there when she spins … She’s gone from making $7 million to less than a million a movie. Who’s out of control?”

He continued “I go to church, I go and help people in rehab. That’s control. How can she say I’m out of control? I want Lindsay to be in a good place. When I started looking at what Samantha was doing, dragging Lindsay to clubs, drinking around Lindsay … Samantha is one of the biggest problems in her life, That’s what Dina told me. I’m reacting on what Dina said, but then Dina steps out of the picture because she wants to look like the good guy.” 

Finally he brings ex-wife Dina back into the argument, “Dina’s a two-face,She wants to try to look good and stay on Lindsay’s good side instead of being a good parent. I don’t give two hoots about my relationship with Lindsay as a friend. One day she’s going to turn around to me and tell me, ‘Daddy, you were right.’” 

He then threatens that he is going to release text messages and voice messages, “If they’re going to say I’m lying, I’m out of control, I’m going to show that they’re lying and they’re out of control,”

Dina better respond now, she has taken her time on this one.

Well it isn’t a response from Dina Lohan (but don’t count one out) but this is just as good, if not better. Both Samantha Ronson and Lindsay Lohan have responded to Michael Lohan’s attacks, through her myspace they let their feelings known.

Samantha’s blog:  “i really don’t want to say anything because i feel like he wins- he, being the man who is so desperate for attention that he goes to the media whenever possible- i know i am being used, i am just a pawn- easy to sacrifice in order to feed his addiction. I was angry when i first read his attack on me, but- for me- i believe that actions speak louder than words… so now i just pity him- i am not standing in his way- i am not the reason that he has no contact with his daughter- he is- his need to throw a tantrum for the whole world to hear is- i am not going to go into a play by play defense- i feel no need to publicly defend my role in lindsay’s life- i’m just sorry that she likes me more than him.

p.s. i’m not the one that is so lost that i need to use my relationship with lindsay to earn a living…. i am, always will and always have been here for her for her- not for anything else….so I think it’s safe to say that there is not now and never will be a tell all….. written by me….. when does your book come out mr. lohan?”
