Jennifer Lopez has signed on to a new romantic comedy called The Governess, which is the first project since she gave birth to her twins.
The movie is about a thief who poses as a nanny to a rich widower’s three children. As she begins to fall for the kids and their father, she must decide whether to carry out a planned bank heist or start a new life with the family.
The movie will be directed by Nigel Cole (Calendar Girls) and was written by Kevin Wade who wrote Maid In Manhattan
The Sisterhood Of The Traveling Pants 2 cast came out for the premiere of the movie at the Ziegfeld Theatre in New York City on Monday night (July 28).
The movie which stars Blake Lively, Alexis Bledel, America Ferrera and Amber Tamblyn is a sequel to the original movie and is set three years later, the four best friends embark on separate paths for their first year of college and the summer beyond, but remain in touch by sharing their experiences with each other as they always have-with honesty and humor.
Blake got some support from her Gossip Girl costars as Leighton Meester, Ed Westwick and Chace Crawford all came out to the red carpet.
Lively’s boyfriend Penn Badgley was not in attendance, maybe he is shooting scenes for the second season of the hit show which premieres on the CW at 9pm on Monday, September 1.
The movie is released Wednesday, August 6.

Could Britney Spears be adding another film to her comeback list? According to some online reports Britney is set for a role in The Knoxville Carjacking Party, a movie that is based on a true story of two students who were killed after being carjacked in 2007.
In 2007 Channon Gail Christian, 21, Christopher Newsom, 23, were carjacked in Tennessee. There is a problem with the movie though, it has “a lot of sadomasochistic sex scenes in it.”
While insiders say that Spears can take on an average sex scene, it could be a problem because “she would have to raise her performance level to endure some of these scenes.”

The cast of The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor posed together for photographs at a photocall for the movie in Berlin, Germany on Wednesday (July 23).
Actor Brendan Fraser recently said he was reluctant to sign up for the movie when he found out Rachel Weisz wouldn’t be in the third installment of the hit series, he said “I felt Rachel’s absence when I read the screenplay for the first time. We were partners, friends, colleagues, and I couldn’t read the screenplay and not think about hearing her say it this way, or that way. We had the chemistry.”
He continued, “We didn’t want to change the storyline where we start laying flowers at her grave. I don’t want to give the joke away but I can promise you a brand new Evie.” Weisz was replaced by Maria Bello.

More reports on the Christian Bale incident, The Sun now claim that the reason Bale and his mother and sister got in a fight is because they asked him for $200,000 to help raise his sister, Sharon’s three children.
Apparently Bale refused to give any money and this is how the row started, other sources say the real reason the fight broke out is because mother and sister threw insults at Bales wife, Sibi.
A source close to the family said “They did not want any publicity and the last thing they wanted to do was wreck his premiere evening. But they say hebullied them. They are both devastated that it has come to this but want him to be taught a lesson.”
We are sure they will get money from interviews and selling the story anyway…
In other news, Bale has said he doesn’t see his Batman character as a superhero. He said, “Batman doesn’t actually have any superpowers. He just has (alter ego) Bruce Wayne’s wealth - although that is a certain type of power!”
The Dark Knight star Aaron Eckhart has said he would continue to play Harvey Dent in a third batman movie and part of the reason he would do the role again? “To work with Christian (Bale) all over again, and the cast, would be phenomenal. I think this movie is a movie of a lifetime.”
The actor also recently spoke about his role as Harvey Dent, “I actually thought it was pretty subtle, imagine what they could have done. What’s interesting with Harvey’s darkness was - and I’m sure law enforcement plays with this -they love the law but they’re constrained by it. Sometimes they can’t deal with what they know is right the way they want to.”
He finished, “I loved playing Harvey Dent, the leader of Gotham City - the political crusader, the crime-fighter … I was surprised Harvey Dent was in the movie so much, to be frank.
