Angelina Jolie is a busy woman, on top of running her ever growing household, she just touched down in New York City and has signed on for the sequel of Kung Fu Panda.
But it has been reported that the actress could be signing on to a new Tomb Raider movie, based on the upcoming eight game from the series, Underworld.
While the new Tomb Raider model thinks she is the best Lara Croft, it seems Hollywood bosses prefer Jolie.
A source told The Sun that “Lara is such a fantastic character and the games lend themselves to movies so well, even though the first two movies were not very well received, there is still a lot of confidence in Lara and Tomb Raider as a franchise. The producers would dearly love to get Angelina back in the role and the door is being left open to her. This would be a far darker movie with a lot more emphasis on storyline.”
