Sarah Jessica Parker appeared on The Late Show With David Letterman on Thursday (May 22nd).
The actress was there to promote The Sex And The City movie which gets released next week, Friday (May 30). I am looking forward to this movie getting released, that way I don’t have to see the four of them anymore. They are promoting the shit out of this movie, I am over it already.
Despite going through a split from her husband and her father going to rehab, Liv Tyler seems to be doing well and happy. The actress was spotted running some errands in the West Village, New York City yesterday (May 22) Below are some photos of her, she also appeared on TRL on Tuesday (May 20).
Liv says filming her new movie The Strangers did her body some good, she lost ten pounds whil filming.
“We had to be in that heightened state all the time and when you get scared or you’re shocked you kind of have a hard time breathing and you’re like hyperventilating and crying and screaming. It was a great diet. I actually lost about ten pounds in two weeks because I was running all day. It was amazing. I was like, ‘Jeez, I need to do this more often.”
So there you have it, when you want to lose a bit of weight, get the shit scared out of you. The Strangers is released next Friday (May 30).
Madonna and husband Guy Richie were at the amfAR’s Cinema Against AIDS 2008 benefit held at Le Moulin de Mougins in Cannes today (May 22).
Madge had a clip of her movie I Am Because We Are which had it’s premiere yesterday (May 21) the movie is about Malawi’s 1 million plus orphans in the wake of the AIDS pandemic.
On the movie, the queen of pop had this to say “To say that this film is a labour of love is true, but that’s kind of trivial because really what it is, is a journey of a lifetime.” 
If you remember, Eva Mendes checked into Utah’s Cirque Lodge rehab facility in January, 08. But was it for all so she could search for a movie?
At the time, her rep issued the following statement to TMZ, “Eva has been working hard for the past year and made a positive decision to take some much-needed time off to proactively attend to some personal issues that, while not critical, she felt deserved some outside professional support. Out of respect for Eva’s privacy, we do not wish to discuss further details.”
She just landed the movie, Queen of the South, which is about about a woman called Teresa Mendoza who flees Mexico to go to Spain after her drug dealer boyfriend is murdered. While in Spain she looks to become a drug smuggler and get revenge for her boyfriends murder.
The movie also stars Josh Hartnett and Ben Kingsley.
Actress Katherine Hiegl was spotted on the set of her new movie The Ugly Truth in Los Angeles. Katherine was seen taking a break from filming to have a drink and a smoke yesterday (May 21st).
I hope co-star Gerard Butler didn’t have to kiss her after this.
Eva Mendes was out jogging in the Hollywood Hills yesterday (May 21st), she is looking refreshed, after her whole rehab thing at the beginning of the year.
The 34 year old actress has a movie titled The Women coming out in September, it’s about a New York woman finds out her husband is a cheating asshole so she leaves him and bonds with other society women at a resort. It’s a remake of the 1939 film of the same name.
Meg Ryan, Debra Messing, Bette Midler, Carrie Fisher, Annette Bening and Jada Pinkett Smith all star. That’s a whole lot of woman for JPS to handle.

The movie which is directed by Clint Eastwood is set in the 1920’s and is about Christine Collins (Jolie) who’s son is returned to her after being kidnapped, she soon comes to suspect that the child is not her own. After being vilified as an unfit mother, Christine must confront the city authorities and corruption in the Los Angeles Police Department in order to find out the truth.
