On Friday (July 4) we posted photographs of Amy Winehouse performing at Rock In Rio music festival in Arganda del Rey in Madrid, Spain. Shakira also took to the stage on Friday, wearing all black the singer performed her set to thousands of fans.
In other news, Shakira, has signed a deal with Live Nation, a global concert promoting company, who also have U2, Madonna and Jay-Z signed to them.
The deal is reportedly worth anywhere between $70 and $100 million. Shakira still had a contract for two studio albums and a greatest hits collection with Sony BMG, a rep wouldn’t confirm or deny if that deal is still in tact.
Madonna has reportedly asked Britney Spears to help her on her upcoming tour, Sticky & Sweet. If rumors are to be believed, the two singers will record a video together on Sunday (July 6) and the video will broadcast on video screens at the tour, which kicks off August 23.
The video won’t be an interlude video, instead it will be a video that will be showing while Madonna sings her song, Human Nature, the third song on the setlist.
Steven Klein is directing the video, Human Nature 2008 is to highlight the young Hollywood stars that are branded as “bitches” by the media.
It will be a mash up between Human Nature and Gimme More, It is also reported that Britney will join Madonna onstage for some of the shows as Madonna wants to help Britney make a come back.
Sources told the medias, “It’s hoped that Madonna can help Britney get back to her old self. Appearing with Madonna would really kickstart her career again. She’s been there and done it so could provide some great guidance.”
Kelly Clarkson celebrated her fourth of July at Toast Bakery Cafe in Los Angeles, CA on Friday (July 4). The American Idol winner looked casual dressed in her black dress as she grabbed some lunch with two of her friends.
Clarkson is currently working on her fourth album, the singer has confirmmed she is recording songs with Ryan Tedder from OneRepublic for the album which is rumored to be titled True You.
The Since U Been Gone singer will also be resuming the 2 Worlds, 2 Voices Tour with Reba McEntire. The second leg to the tour kicks of September 25 and will run until November 22.

OK! are reporting that Lily Allen has almost completed her upcoming sophomore album but she wants one more track added to the album.
Lily wants to add another song to the CD, Wherever You Go and Lily wants to make it a duet, with none other than Lindsay Lohan, it is also claimed that the vocals have already been laid down.
If you remember the pair went out for dinner after Samanther Ronson introduced them at Il Sole in early June, could that dinner have been about the duet? It is unclear if the duet would appear on Lindsay’s third album which is set for release later this year.
