Nick Hogan has been released from the Pinellas County jail in Clearwater, Florida.

The 18-year-old was greeted by his very ecstatic sister, Brooke, as he made his way outside of the building at 12:30 am on Monday (October 20).

Nick had served 166 days of his 8-month sentence after leaving his friend John Graziano in a coma after causing a car accident after street racing.

Nick Hogan turns 18 on Sunday (July 27), this means the young Hogan will be moved from juvenile jail to adult jail to serve the remainder of his sentence, he is released in October.

TMZ have said what his new envoirnment willd be like, “It’s an open dormitory type of setting where he’ll be in close contact with other adult inmates. The inmates are either awaiting sentencing or have already been sentenced in cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies.”

Brooke Hogan has told E! that she is “totally freaked out” over her mother 19 year old Charley Hill. Linda Hogan is 48 years old.

She then went on to say that the guy went to school with her and Nick Hogan, “I went to school with him. He was a grade under me…Me and Nick know him well. Me and Nick are two years apart, and he was right between us (in school). I’m actually on my way to see Nick now…You know, I thought we were one of the normal Hollywood families. It’s crazy watching it all fall apart, but I hope for the best.”

Doesn’t this guy remind you of Nick? They look totally alike, just like Hulk Hogan’s girlfriend looks like Brooke.

Nick Hogan sort of got his wish, instead of being released on home arrest, the bitching Hogan got transferred into a cell with three other juveniles - with a TV in the room.

On moving Hogan, The Sheriff said “the transfer was a result of ongoing assessments of inmate situations.” Which probably translates too “The Hogans gave me a nice check“

Nick might regret this, his three new friends could want a game of “anal play”, especially if Nick bitches on the phone about them.

Nick Hogan has been denied his request to be transferred to home cinfinement until he turns 18. Yesterday the douche bag asked the judge if he could be put on house arrest until July which is when he turns 18. Once his birthday comes he would return to jail and serve the rest of his sentence in minimum security.

Meanwhile his family have filed a law suit against Florida sheriff’s department, for the release of those tapes that have Nick, his parents Linda and Hulk Hogan bitching about how bad his cell is, how the victim was a negative person and this is gods way of punishing him.

Can we just throw them all in jail?

Nick Hogan is a little shit. Transcripts from some phone calls he had with his mother Linda Bollea have been recorded and released, probably by the Hogan family trying to get sympathy. They failed because the only thing these calls make me feel is more disgust towards this dip shit.

“Nick Bollea: “Had I known this, I would have rather gone to trial or I would rather, you know, appeal the case or something. I can’t deal with this for eight months. It’s (Bollea’s cell) like the size of my bathroom.”

Linda Bollea: “Oh!”

Nick: “No windows or nothing. Just one little top bed thing.”

Linda: “Oh my God!”

Bollea is being kept in a single cell at the Pinellas County Jail because he is one of only two minors serving time in the adult facility. On the phone, he cries often and is comforted by his mother Linda.

Nick: “All you do is sit there and think, and there’s nothing to think about.”

Linda: “We’ll get through it.”

Nick: “Yeah.”

Linda: “Prove to everyone you’ve learned your lesson and be more careful.”

Nothing to think about - how about the fact that you ruined your friends life? I don’t even have anything to say but this prick deserves a lot more than 8 months, I hope his ass gets torn to pieces by his fellow inmates.
