Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds got married yesterday (September 27).
People reports the couple quietly got married at a remote wilderness resort outside Vancouver.
Scarlett and Ryan started dating last year, the couple announced their engagement in May. It is the first marriage for both.

MTV reports that Michael Caine, Scarlett Johansson, and Matthew McConaughey are set to star together in an upcoming new heist adventure movie.
The actor himself tells MTV about the movie although he doesn’t go into detail, he says “I’ll probably do a film with Scarlett Johansson. I forget what it’s called. It’s an adventure film. I was told yesterday that they have Matthew McConaughey as the guy. I’ve got go home and read it again. It’s a heist adventure film.”
However it seems Caine may not be the most reliable source, a couple of weeks ago he himself started rumors that both Johnny Depp and Philip Seymour Hoffman will be in the next Batman movie, both which MTV revealed were false.
Thoughts on the possible casting?
Scarlett Johansson has said she is going to make her wedding to Ryan Reynolds as “private as possible” and insists she will not be selling her wedding pictures to a magazine.
She says a big Hollywood wedding “sounds awful. Actually, I’m a private person, so, obviously, I’m pretty sure our wedding will be as private as possible.”
The 23-year-old actress also insists she is not a diva and denies reports that she is difficult to work with.
She says, “I’m not a diva. I live a very modest and private lifestyle. I’d never invite any of that kind of thing. Things get crazy with the media, but am I demanding or travel with a huge entourage? No! I’m not a terrible person to work with.”
Scarlett Johansson attended the 2008 Teen Choice Awards at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, CA on Sunday (August 3).
The actress is nominated for Movie Actress Drama for her work in the movie The Other Boleyn Girl.
The awards show airs Monday at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Fox.
