According to People, Anne Hathaway’s boyfriend Raffaello Follieri had to be rushed to the hospital today following an appearance in New York for his fraud charges.

Follieri’s rep said, “He had an episode in the courtroom which lead to him being transported to a nearby hospital for evaluation, I do not have the specifics on what type of treatment at this time but [it’s] for a severe sinus infection”

His rep continued on saying that Follieri has had “a sinus infection for the past three weeks. In the courtroom they said that he had tested positive for opiates, and it’s not the case. He was on a prescription and cough medicine from his doctors that contained codeine before retiring to bed that night. Therefore that is what his doctors told me caused his urine test to be positive.”

Earlier on Wednesday, the judge set bail for a whopping $21 million and placed him under house arrest. The rep said they are working on bail.

Still no word from Hathaway’s camp, the actress hasn’t spoken about or being questioned about it while promoting her new number one movie, Get Smart. Below are photos of Hathaway and costar Steve Carell at a photocall for the movie in Mexico on Wednesday.

Why would such a famous/rich person be banned? Her criminal record, she was denied a visa by the U.K. Border Agency because if her stock fraud conviction that happened four years ago.

The Agency wouldn’t comment on Martha’s case but did release a statement to say that, “We continue to oppose the entry to the UK of individuals where we believe their presence in the United Kingdom is not conducive to the public good or where they have been found guilty of serious criminal offences abroad.”

What the hell would Martha Stewart do that would be bad for the public? The British government agree with us, a spokesperson for them said, “It is a bit silly given some of the other people allowed into the country,” a spokesman said.

Martha’s rep issued the following, “Martha loves England and hopes this can be resolved and that she will be able to visit soon,”

Joan Rivers appeared on UK talk show Loose women (Britain’s version of The View) on Tuesday morning (June 17th) and she got kicked off the show.  Why? Because when talking about interviewing Russell Crowe on the red carpet, she said “He is a piece of - get ready to bleep this. Fucking shit!”

The only problem is, they don’t have a time delay and the show was totally live. During the commercial producers asked Joan to leave.

Joan issued a statement/apology to People magazine, in it she said “Yes, I swore, and I’m so f—— sorry, No one told me the TV show Loose Women was a reality show and that I would be voted off, It’s funny: offstage, I hardly ever use profanity. My favorite four-letter word is ’shop.’”

“Due to my inappropriate words and acts during the interview, I feel deeply sorry and sad about hurting Chinese people. I am willing to take part in the relief work of China’s earthquake, and wholly devote myself to helping affected Chinese people.”
