Victoria Beckham showed of a new hair-do as she attended the Marc Jacobs fashion show on Monday (September 8) inside NY State Armory as part of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Spring 2009 in New York City.

The former Spice Girl sat beside Jennifer Lopez and the two gave their best poses for photographers at the show.

Also in attendance was Nicole Richie and Kanye West.

Melanie Brown has admitted that she and former band mate Victoria Beckham don’t talk anymore, despite living a few miles away from each other in Los Angeles, CA.

She tells Closer Magazine, “We’re not in touch much, Victoria and I are very different, people bracket us together because we live in the same city and we’re both interested in fashion. Victoria’s fashion line has been very successful and hopefully mine will be too. But that’s where the similarities begin and end.”

She adds “I love being at home with my family. My kids make me cry – in a good way, I love it when they learn something new and it makes me shed a tear or two. I’d hate to miss out on any of that.” 

Mel and her husband, Stephen Belafonte, recently signed a deal worth over $360,000 with a magazine to renew their wedding vows.

Duran Duran guitarist Andy Taylor claims that Victoria Beckham slapped his band-mate Simon Le Bon in the face one time because he told her she was in on of his sex dreams.

In his new autobiography, Wild Boy: My Life In Duran Duran, Tayolor says “as we walked in, Geri Halliwell came rushing over to say hello. Hot on her heels was Victoria Beckham. Geri was very bubbly and I wanted to talk to her, but a stern-faced Posh pulled her away. It turned out that the last time they met, Simon had told Posh about a very vivid dream he’s had about her the night before. I presume that, at first, Posh was quite flattered - until Simon added that the dream had actually involved him peeking up her skirt while she was wearing no underwear. Victoria was horrified, especially as Simon used a very ungentlemanly word to describe a certain part of her anatomy, and she ended up giving him a good slap.”

Wild Boy: My Life In Duran Duran is released on Tuesday (September 9).

While there is new reports almost every week that she is either pregnant or hoping to become pregnant, Victoria Beckham said she and David are too busy to add anymore children to her three sons - Brooklyn, 9, Romeo, 5, and Cruz, 3.

Speaking to The Mirror she says, “I can’t even think about having another baby right now. The boys take up so much of my time. They’re in England with me at the moment, and thank goodness I’ve got my mum and my dad to look after them for a bit. Life is busy in LA because Brooklyn’s got football, Romeo’s got gymnastics and Cruz has break-dancing. Plus they have school commitments. They start school again next week so we all have to go uniform shopping now.”

When asked if she would adopt she says “We really respect people who go through adoption, but it’s not something we have considered as we have our hands full with the three children we do have!”

Victoria then goes on to talk about her latest target in the fashion market, full-length dresses and how she is going to be showing them off at a fashion show in New York City.

“They’re very sexy dresses. Full-length frocks and bold colours - stuff that makes women feel good. I’m just showing it to a collection of magazine journalists and boutique retailers because I want to start off small and see what the reaction is. I really hope people will like it.”

Last week there was reports that David and Victoria Beckham were involved in a car accident and the soccer hunk left her alone in Nice, France.

Well today on his blog the soccer stud has denied these claims and said there was no crash, instead the car was dented a few days before in a car park, Beckham also blogged about his time at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

He says, “I know many of you would have been concerned to read about a supposed car crash involving me and Victoria. I want to assure everyone there never was any crash at any time; our car had been dented many days before whilst vacant in a car park.”

“I was really honoured to be part of the handover ceremony on Sunday in Beijing. I’m a keen supporter of the Olympics coming to London; it will have an incredible impact on the East End of London and the British will embrace the event and show how much passion they have for sport. As I’ve said many times, we deserve a global event on this scale in our country.

The Beijing Olympics were about the great sporting moments and the Great Britain team exceeded all expectations. To finish fourth in the medal table and take home so many medals was amazing and they can all be very proud of themselves. This sort of success always encourages kids to take up sport and do well and many are already getting ready for 2012 and want to be involved in it. I was also lucky to see the US play Spain in the basketball final, I’m pleased for my friend Kobe who wanted so much to win gold for his country. I was impressed with Spain, they never gave up, but the US probably deserved to win over the length of the tournament.”

Like reported, David Beckham was part of the 2008 Olympics closing ceremony on Sunday (August 24) in Beijing, China to help pass the games from Beijing to London, England for the 2010 summer games.

In other news David and his wife Victoria were reportedly in a car accident in France on Friday (August 22).

While on the way to the airport after visiting their home in the French Riviera, the soccer stud apparently smashed the car they were driving into a wall, causing the windscreen to smash.

David was rushing to catch his flight from Nice airport to Beijing. David consoled Victoria before he and his father-in-law Tony Adams rushed to the departure lounge to catch the flight, leaving Victoria in the car.
