Vanessa : We Support Each Other

Vanessa Hudgens says the reason she and on and off screen boyfriend Zac Efron have good chemistry in the High School Musical movies is because he is attractive.

The pair began dating shortly after the first HSM movie finished filming but she says her feelings began from the instant she met him.

She says, “the second I met him I thought he was a really cool guy. It’s hard not to have chemistry with someone who is quite attractive.”

She adds “we’re both supportive of each other, but we’re doing our own things, too. We have different projects we’re working on.”

Vanessa : “I Got Hit In The Face”

van-zac.jpg

Vanessa Hudgens has denied that boyfriend Zac Efron got attacked by a middle-aged man, instead it was her who got the man’s attacks last week, when they were leaving the Apollo Theater in London, England.

Speaking to Access Hollywood she says, “I actually got hit in the face! If anything, I was the one who got attacked, not Zac.”

Speaking about the man she says, “there was a guy who was walking down the street and I think he was a little drunk and he got pushed into the craziness of it all. He was blocking the door so our bodyguard had to push him aside.”

Vanessa goes on to say that she only noticed she got hit and was bleeding after she looked in the mirror, while Efron says that he “just heard about it, I was just focused on the van door – I’ve gotta get to it. I got in the van and we drove away… I don’t remember getting harassed.”

Zac also goes on to say that he is not going back to classes yet, like reported, he also adds he hasn’t been approached for Daniel Radcliffe’s role in Equus, in which he would be naked.

The actor says because of this he is shocked at the publicity he gets, says Zac, “things can get crazy in terms of the publicity. I grew up as a regular person and want to keep it that way. I never used to get much attention from the chicks. I got good grades at school - in fact, you’d have called me a nerd.”

Meanwhile according to Star Magazine the High School Musical’s good grades could be needed, apparently he has enrolled at the University of Southern California, starting in 2009 he is hoping to get a Bachelors Degree in Business.

A friend says “Zac wants to earn a college degree, despite his success as an actor, it’s one of his goals.”

The actor is dressed as his High School Musical character, Troy Bolton, it even has his leg strap, he is featured in an interactive locker room.

Liz Edwards who works for the museum says this is a huge honor, saying “a thing like this would take four months to make and it would cost about £150,000. A lot of work goes into it.”

Zac Efron Does Entertainment Weekly

ew6.jpg

Zac Efron is featured in the new issue of Entertainment Weekly’s Photo Issue.

On doing High School Muscical 3: “this felt like a good final chapter of HSM for me, the fans basically demanded we make it. So this was our opportunity to do everything to the best of our abilities on a big screen.”

On shooting the movie with girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens: “after three movies together, Vanessa and I feel free to do whatever we want, and we’re just kind of silly and uninhibited, it felt like the best working vacation I’ve ever taken.”

On denying a recording contract: “I didn’t want to do what everyone else did, ‘I thought to myself, ‘What can I contribute to the music industry?’ I can’t say that I would be proud of the work I would put down.”

Asked if he has seen HSM 3: ”I hope it’s better than the last one. [panicking] I didn’t mean that the way it sounded!”

On how he hopes to move into more serious movies: ”I would love to just sit down and talk with Leonardo DiCaprio and “Johnny Depp and pick their brains about their early careers, they do it because they love it, not because they enjoy being famous. You have to have good foresight and be really careful. If you don’t adapt and learn at a very young age, you can really mess up.”
