TMZ reports the Hairspray actress Amanda Bynes was involved in a car accident on Saturday (August 23) in Los Angeles, CA.
This is the actress’s second car crash this year, apparently the 22-year-old hit another car while she made a left turn at Oakwood and Crescent Heights around 2 pm.
The other driver had minor damage and no charges were filed against the actress, Bynes walked away unharmed as well.
David Beckham wasn’t the only English superstar on hand to close the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, China on Sunday (August 24).
Leona Lewis and Jimmy Page were also there to perform at the ceremony in celebration of the games going to London, England for 2010 Olympics.
The pair did a duet on the Led Zeppelin classic, Whole Lotta Love, some of the lyrics to the song had to be re-written in case they offended anybody.

While on the way to the airport after visiting their home in the French Riviera, the soccer stud apparently smashed the car they were driving into a wall, causing the windscreen to smash.
David was rushing to catch his flight from Nice airport to Beijing. David consoled Victoria before he and his father-in-law Tony Adams rushed to the departure lounge to catch the flight, leaving Victoria in the car.
The promotion wheel for the upcoming High School Musical 3 : Senior Year has already begun, despite the film not being released until October 24.
Zac Efron and Ashley Tisdale along with Kaycee Stroh, Olesya Rulin and Chris Warren Jr. were on hand for the “Ultimate Fan Pep Rally” on Saturday (August 23) at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood, CA.
About 1000 fans were able to attend the event the sing-a-long and enjoy a sneak peak of the third installment of Disney’s hit series.
While Vanessa Hudgens wasn’t at the event, Efron has said that his girlfriend “outshines” all other women.

I don’t know if I believe in love at first sight, but I do believe in two people having chemistry straight away. I don’t know what it was with Vanessa but we kind of clicked from the very beginning. The numbers are in for this weekends box office ans Tropic Thunder managed to keep the number one spot by taking in $16.1 million which brings its total to $65.7 million.
New releases The House Bunny and Death Race managed to secure the number two and three spots in that order.
The House Bunny which stars Anna Faris took in $15.1 million while Death Race which stars, Jason Statham , took in $12.3 million.
The Dark Knight was knocked to number four but still took in $10.3 million, raising it’s total to $489 million and a worldwide total of $818 million.
The Longshots which is also new took in $4.3 million, while The Rocker only took #2.7 million. The top 5 is:

2.The House Bunny: $15.1 million
3.Death Race: $12.3 million
4.The Dark Knight: $10.3 million
5.Star Wars: The Cloe Wars, $5.7 million
Jennifer Love Hewitt and her fiancé Ross McCall were spotted out walking their dog on Saturday afternoon (August 23) near their home in Toluca Lake, CA.
Meanwhile if reports are to be believe the couple, who have been engaged since November 07, have postponed their wedding.
A “friend” recently said, “things aren’t great between them. It’s hard because he’s filming in New Mexico and she’s in Los Angeles. The relationship is strained and their wedding won’t happen anytime soon.”
But on the other hand, the actress herself says that she is looking forward to the wedding, “we want to keep it very, very small. Then it’s about having a silly dinner and probably having some kind of game night — just something fun. We’re not very serious people. He makes me laugh all the time. I just know he’s going to do something during the ceremony that’s going to make me laugh. And when I get the giggles, I can’t get it together.”

Enjoying her time off from work, Jessica Alba continued to spend time wit her family on Saturday (August 23) as she and husband Cash Warren took daughter Honor Marie out for some lunch with friends in Beverly Hills, CA.
Alba’s trainer tells People that the new mother has lost over 25 lbs. in just two months and she went from “a size 8 to a size 4 pretty quickly.”
Ramona Braganza who is the stars longtime trainer said that she is “opting for a low-fat, low-carb diet as part of Braganza’s 321 Baby Bulge Be Gone plan.”
As for working out six days a week, Braganza says “The baby always comes first, but Jessica definitely set goals for herself, She loves working out with a girlfriend, Jessica has made amazing progress in a very short time.”
