It was only a matter of time before it happened, early Thursday morning (October 9) a wax model of Zac Efron was unveiled at Madame Tussaud museum in London, England.

The actor is dressed as his High School Musical character, Troy Bolton, it even has his leg strap, he is featured in an interactive locker room.

Liz Edwards who works for the museum says this is a huge honor, saying “a thing like this would take four months to make and it would cost about £150,000. A lot of work goes into it.”

If Paris Was President

paris-president.jpg

Want to know what the world would be like if Paris Hilton was president? Now you can, in an interview with Harpers Bazaar magazine, the heiress talks like she is running for president.

On her presidential style: “I pledge to support the American workforce by wearing only American designers: Calvin Klein between Memorial Day and Labor Day, Donna Karan the rest of the year. Unless I wake up and the day is screaming for me to put on a bikini for my fellow Americans. Country first.”

On her vice president: “Rihanna, of course. She’s hot.”

What changes she would make to the White House: “In these trying economic times, I believe the White House should have a minimalist touch: open floor plan, glass and steel, throw pillows, and an infinity pool. The inaugural balls will be replaced with an inaugural Rock Band party. For expert-level players only. Don’t even think about getting on drums. I play drums.”

On her presidential platform: “I will carry out a foreign-policy platform that will transform America’s role in the world to that of a proactive, not reactive, superpower that will use diplomacy and incentives to head off trouble in unstable regions before they unravel out of control. I will also be wearing platform shoes when I meet with foreign dignitaries to accentuate my well-toned calves.”

On who will appoint her cabinet posts: “I won’t have a cabinet; I will have a closet. A giant walk-in closet with all styles of advisers, like Michael Kors, Kanye West, Diane von Furstenberg, Naughty by Nature, Stephen Hawking, Madonna, Karl Lagerfeld, and, of course, Tinkerbell.”

Who will stay in the Lincoln bedroom: “I want to put an end to only large financial contributors, lobbyists, inside-the-Beltway fat cats, and corporate bigwigs getting to sleep in the Lincoln Bedroom. I will keep that room open only for people for whom it is too late to drive after attending one of my secret-underground-bunker-after-hours parties. ”

On what advice she would give Sarah Palin: “my advice to Sarah Palin is, you’ve got a hot bod; don’t keep it to yourself. Why wear a pantsuit when you can wear a swimsuit? Welcome to the Lower 48, girlfriend.”

Zac Efron Does Entertainment Weekly

ew6.jpg

Zac Efron is featured in the new issue of Entertainment Weekly’s Photo Issue.

On doing High School Muscical 3: “this felt like a good final chapter of HSM for me, the fans basically demanded we make it. So this was our opportunity to do everything to the best of our abilities on a big screen.”

On shooting the movie with girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens: “after three movies together, Vanessa and I feel free to do whatever we want, and we’re just kind of silly and uninhibited, it felt like the best working vacation I’ve ever taken.”

On denying a recording contract: “I didn’t want to do what everyone else did, ‘I thought to myself, ‘What can I contribute to the music industry?’ I can’t say that I would be proud of the work I would put down.”

Asked if he has seen HSM 3: ”I hope it’s better than the last one. [panicking] I didn’t mean that the way it sounded!”

On how he hopes to move into more serious movies: ”I would love to just sit down and talk with Leonardo DiCaprio and “Johnny Depp and pick their brains about their early careers, they do it because they love it, not because they enjoy being famous. You have to have good foresight and be really careful. If you don’t adapt and learn at a very young age, you can really mess up.”

Courtney Cox Does Marie Claire

cc.jpg

Courtney Cox is featured int he November 2008 issue of Marie Claire magazine, and she opens up about getting botox.

On having botox: “I think it’s fantastic and also horrible. I mean, they’ve come up with this stuff that can make you not look angry. But you have to use it sparingly. I went to this doctor once, and he was like, ‘Oh, let me do it just here and here and here.’ And I was miserable. I mean, I’m an actor, I’ve got to be able to move my face. When people start messing with their foreheads and can’t life their eyebrows, that’s weird. It’s not that I haven’t tried Botox - but I hated it.”

On husband David Arquette hating plastic surgery: “It’s really important to him, he loves the aging process. He thinks it’s beautiful. I’m under pressure to not do anything.”
